Refund and Return Policy
Mount Olive College values the trust and confidence you place in us. We recognize that there may be instances when you register online for a Mount Olive College event or perhaps purchase an item through this website in which you need to retract.
A refund will be given for the expense of the purchased item in the form of check or credit to credit card 30 days after the date of the event or purchase. In the event a portion of your original payment resulted in a gift whereby you have a gift receipt, this portion will be non-refundable.
In requesting a refund, you will need to supply your full name, address, date of event or item purchased along with purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
